He was looking into night time spot lighting and possible poaching when killed.

It is truly a sin that this bright young man with a very promising future has been taken away from his family and friends. God bless his soul and his family he left behind.

the lengths people go to for a deer is amazing.  let alone to take someones father brother husband friend is unimaginable.  I truly believe it needs to be an eye for an eye. Then maybe criminals  might have second thoughts

yeah its a horrible thing what happened...horrible...and it is scary sometimes when spotters come out and you're walking around, because if they are poaching your dark siloutte could look like a deer to them...not to downplay this horrible crime, but what also kinda sucks is our state is one of the only places that allows spotting for deer, which I love to do when i'm bored, brings my family together...and we're one of the only states that allows hunting predators at night with something larger than a rimfire...something like this happens, and now that could all change...which is very sad

This killer is a convicted felon.. Things like this happen in life.. Look at Sep 11th.  I would wish that people committing robberies and such would be put behind bars...The warden is dead because of our judicial system giving offenders breaks... Look how many times in life we have seen this...Guy keeps breaking the law and they put him on parole or slap his hand and then he goes and kills someone... This is also a good point to show that even if he is a convicted felon someone gave him a gun or he stole it.. So who ever did that should be charged also... Made me sick to see the step dad on the tube saying he was a good guy and that he just did not take his medicine.  People get caught an out comes the crying towel....Below is a link I received from my brother.. Good updated data on what the suspects says what he did with the gun and why he killed the warden.

I'd love to know what meds he didn't take because I take meds for PTSD and I don't wanna shoot ppl when I miss a day.  Our justice system is flawed in more ways then one and its a shame that even after the death of this great guy things will die down and go back to the same b.s. as always.  If roles were reversed and the WCO shot and killed the dirtbag he would be ran through the mud until cleared.  This guy should spend the rest of his life in a federal prison living as someone's personal ***.

This is the reason why I no longer read the papers or watch the news.  America is its own worse enemy and will continue to be until we stop criminals from abusing our systems.

Sorry for the strong words.
