Pulled Pork...
« on: February 28, 2016, 11:53:53 AM »
Making Pulled Pork tomorrow from wife's grandpa's North Carolina recipe.
This morning, dry rubbed 6 lbs. of Pork. Rubbed Pork sits for 24 hours before smoked.

Three teenage Grandsons requested Pulled Pork & Cold Slaw. There won't be much leftovers.

Goose, Kaiser rolls, hash brown cheesy potatoes, baked beans. Cream Cheese Banana Split dessert.
I make a Mop Sauce; vinegar, onion, brown sugar, pepper & salt. Mop on sauce every hour of cook time.
Then a Vinegar sauce drizzled over finished Pulled Pork.

O- goodie I am coming through Selinsgrove in about 10 minutes. You don't have to get out any plates or anything for me I have a fork and knife already with me. Haha did I scare you for a minute?  I'm still at home. :-(
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.

Looks great Hern.  Don't worry about Buckwheat.  He will be late for his own funeral! ;D ;D
