Custom howlers

Looking into making some cow horn howlers and was wondering where everyone gets there cow and bull horn?

cow horns have been tough to come by at the right price for me anyways, I'm kind of getting away from them. Atleast until I find some decent horns at a decent price. Best place I always found was ebay
