Marking the calendar for Act 26 (HB 881)

When does this go into effect for sure? I've heard 60 days from 7/3 when it was signed, 60 days from it's posting in the PA Bulletin, and also that the PGC needs to officially approve it before we get too excited.

So what is the official day? Anybody up for a night hunt for coyotes when the big day arrives?

I think I'm right in telling you that the date is sept 3rd. If I'm wrong somebody please tell me cause I'll be out with bells---- er CALLS and LIGHTS on !!!!!  :shock:  8)

This is now a law; it will take affect in 60 days from July 3/2007. No one has to approve it from here. September 1st/2007 is the 61 first day. :D
