Good Places to Buy Powder
« on: July 24, 2012, 09:27:22 AM »
Anyone have suggestions for reasonable places to buy powder.  Finished my last pound of Varget last night reloading a couple hundred rounds for the .223 Service Rifle.  Also use this powder to reload for the 30.06.

I had a great deal locally but prices went up about $8 a pound since I stocked up last year.

Paid $20 last year now it is $28 where I get it.  Cabelas has it at $26.  Guess that is just the going rate now, huh?

Was at the range shooting last night and found a place to get it for $21 a pound for one pound and $20 a pound if I buy the eight pound can.  The Handgunner in Topton, PA if anyone is intersted.
