My daughter(last one in the nest)graduates from Cumb. Valley this year. Were headed North to Alaska in May for 2 weeks.I,m fortunate to have friends in several areas of Alaska and getting her to see some of it was on my bucket list. Were flying into Anchorage-then on to Homer.Taking a 10 hour ferry to Kodiak Island and a  floatplane in to my friends remote off-grid place. Were gonna help build a cabin plus some hiking-kayaking-fishing and just putzing around.Boy these kids GROW up quick.Spend as much time with them as possible.Have a fantastic day!!!Lloyd

Sounds like a great trip. Take pictures so the rest of us can day dream. :-)
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.
