I love the foxpro folks
« on: December 27, 2011, 01:03:22 PM »
It began when they were so very gracious to the PPHA a couple years back and we had our expo there.  I remember I wanted to get three shirts for my boys and only had enough money for two.  The gave me the third shirt for free.  I was reminded of their good nature today when I called to talk to them about my 416B that I bought used a few years ago.  It was having intermittant problems and they said just sent it to them and they would take care of it and get it back very quickly.  They are just so customer orientied they will get my support when it is time to buy another caller.

PS  Their show begins tonight for the season on the outdoor network.  8 pm I think.

Wife bought me a spitfire for Christmas but had to tell me because she didn't know what sounds to put on, anyway I called after I got it and they gave me my 10% discount for being a member of the PPHA after she bought it. They are the best....ED

Wow...I can't believe it.  I sent the caller away to Foxpro three days ago and it came back already today fixed.  The most amazing part is it was free!!!!  Turned out to be me letting my battery tray get corroded so they wired in a new battery tray for me.  I just cannot say enough about the Foxpro company.  I was figuring on a decision between buying another foxpro or a repair bill for an old caller.  Now my caller is like brand new again and it didn't cost me anything...not even shipping the caller back to me from Foxpro.  Thank you Foxpro...you guys are the best company I have ever dealt with...you've got a customer for life!

That's the difference when a company actually cares about their customers, it's the litte stuff like that, that will keep a customer for life.

It always makes me wonder, why no other businesses would follow in their footsteps, my god, they're clearly making money any only growing bigger. It just amazes me that other businesses don't realize or don't care, that all you have to do is take care of your customers and that makes them want to spend money with them.

I stopped in at fox pro yesterday and had some sounds changed on my fx3. I had figured on paying for the new sounds but they would have none of that. They sure are great people to work with and have a nice set up. The customer service people are very friendly, talkative, and great to work with and will help you out. You can't go wrong with a fox pro!
