It's Cold!!

Brrrrrr....this morning at my house it was 4° and when I got off the Interstate my truck was registering 1°...thank goodness there wasn't a 30 MPH wind....guess I'm just getting old >:( cause this is starting to bug me now....but it wasn't to bad yesterday when I was out lookin for sheds....but it was hard to roll out of bed this mornin... :(

I have been taking a new predator hunter from my area hunting.  I wonder why he hasn't been calling me to go hunting the last few days?  I do know he just doesn't have the clothing to keep himself warm..One stand for coyotes he quit at the 30 minutes mark instead of staying the minimum 45 minutes..

Predator hunters.. You got to have the best equipment... Remember layering works... Also the double socks work too but make sure you also have the right boot on too..  I got to find me some of those Boss Booties.. I have a pair but when something  is good you need to have an extra pair on hand..Also the hoodies be it Underarmour or generics they  sure keep your face frostbite free..

But today (Tuesday) feels like bikini weather compared to yesterday...I was lookin for some of them on my way to work...it was 22°

Sitting in family room next to coal stove.....must be 75 at least.  Looking out over back 40, saw where a coyote or fox came up and went around my shed...will have to send the wife back to check it out... ;D

    She would probably do better than you of bringing it back!!! ;) HAH!!!  ;D Better throw another scoop of coal in the stove... 8) I bet she gets the shovel to fit your hands today though... :D

 ;D Your right on the money...I found her in Huntingdon Co. and she can be quite dramatic.....a rabbit was in the flower bed out front nipping off her flowers last summer...she was in a treestand for three days trying to get him with her .270  :o I said get in here your going to get arrested and she just kept mumbling something about crop damage..... >:(  Also this isn't your house I'm the King around here  ::) She gets the coal and takes the ashes out, when she's not shoveling snow....lol

It's so cold here I just saw a group of teenagers and they ALL Had Their Pants Pulled Up...  :)
