Organic Chemist for Analytical Lab Services in Middletown, PA...Working Biologist when I can, which is my degree...and would love to start my own Wildlife/Fisheries/Land Management company in the future...that is my real passion...

For now, I run several instruments in gas chromotagraphy and mass spectrometry...sort of stuff you see on a CSI episode when they need to find out how many parts per billion of a chemical compound in a matrix (soil, water, air)...print them off a report telling you exactly what a substance is down to 95-99% significance...I never thought I would end up being a lab rat, but not many bio jobs out there...and it pays the bills...its not that fun...I test a lot of nasty stuff...just let your imagination take over from there...

As P77 said, I'm a lawn jockey.  But, I make the grass and the tree/shrubs grow.  I'm a licensed pesticide applicator in Pa & NJ.  Been doing this for close to 15yrs now.

i am a custom metalsmith. i run the foundry where we do Lost Wax Investment Casting. Also build and restore hardware and lighting fixtures. i am fortunate to work for my best friend that i've known since we were 13. also fortunate and blessed to be in a demanding field as this kind of custom metalwork is hard to come by in this day in age.

I've been working as a land surveyor for 4 years. I also do some civil engineering. I grew up on a dairy / beef farm, so I can do a little bit of everything.

I am a mechanical designer, I do sheet metal enclosures now but I've spent quite a bit of time doing medical lighting, fluorescent, incandescent and led.  I've designed parts made out of just about everything from fiberglass to plastics, sand and die casting aluminum extrusions, tooling for the gas and steam turbines, large flexible couplings I guess I'm sort of a jack of all trades master of none type of a person.... Also served some time as a quality manager for an automotive supplier.  I'm 44 and I still don't know what I want to do when i grow up, maybe a cowboy I can't decide.  lol
