Stuffed, bacon wrapped teal breast
« on: March 25, 2010, 10:07:55 AM »
I took some teal breast, cut a pocket in one side
and stuffed: cream cheese, sausage, and one or two hot peppers in there.
Then I wrapped the individual breast in a full slice of bacon.

Threw them in a baking dish and a 375 degree oven, for an hour.

They were great

I hope you made enough for everyone. ;D  Looks great. Let me know when you want to fish some Crappies. I'll be ready to rip like an old pair of pants. LOL.

You're right Scott. Too bad. That's s pretty long drive from where you live. I used to live in Drums Pa so I know how far it is. LL, I'm ready to go!
