Posted my board on craigslist and got thos reply. I never sold anything on there before and was wondering is this normal or is this a scam or something.

I don't know what you are selling but I got the same email for something I was selling. A dirt bike. It's a scam. There are many bogus certified checks floating around. By the time your bank realizes it 's a funny certified check , it's too late and you are responsible for that amount to your bank.

Yea buddy, stay away from that one. He will probably send you another email in a day or two if he doesn't hear from you. He tried very hard to get me to do the deal on my bike.
