just call him lucky
« on: June 28, 2009, 07:38:44 PM »
hi everyone. been busy so far this year but was able to put out the trail camera to see how it working. (need an excuse to get a cuddeback) just check the pics from the last couple weeks and lookie what i found!! the week we set the camera out dad found these. this is what the excitement was about last year at the farm.  this coyote was missed multiple times in muzzleloader season, neighbors hunted on us for coyotes last year (unbenost to us )and dad missed him in march. but on a good note dad cleaned off a nice locust tree in the process with 3.5 daed locust load :D ::)

Save him for the big hunt. Give him plenty plenty to eat. Heck that looks like a $5000 coyote at Cresson.

That would be a good track to cast a mold from.
"Predators are either active & feeding, semi-active & callable, or utterly inactive & then practically speaking, no call is needed; we're just taking our guns for a walk. We can & should get used to it, & follow their leed cuz they just ain't eager nor apt to follow our’s any time soon!

didn't think of making a mold from it. might make it to the expo although dad and i will probably be mostly participants. dad had another mini stroke. he's ok but not 100%. needs to take it easy. we have been seeing this dog for quite a while last year.hopefully another quality pic comes back soon and real hopefully another hat next year!! ;)

That is a big one. Looks like over 50 pounds to me. He would make a nice body mount. Can I come and hunt him? LOL.

I was wondering how your father was doing.  make sure he gets his rest.  you two need to get after things in coyote hunt season by the looks of it.
