membership application

The membership application, on the site, when printed, is two pages.
Does everone else think its a good idea to shrink it down to one page?
Keeping the same content, of course, it would be easier to hand out one page apps.

Name, date, and age could be one line.
City and state could be one line
County, zip, and dist could be one line
Email and site user name
so on
Just a suggestion

I took the app. to work and photo copied it to double sided.  I dropped off 15 copies at the gin club last nite.

A copy of all bi-laws should be included with each membership as required. Bi- laws can be posted on web site but as you guys just stated in a recent thread not everyone has a computer so mailing is the best option.  Futhermore, membership cards should have a number on them. These membership numbers should be recorded. I hope to sign on some new members tonight. Getting a 1 year subscription to Predator Extreme made it easier for me. Nice job. Voting should be done by mail or in person. Paper ballet to vote should be given to or mail to each district officer in each district.. This will make it proper and clean.
