not sure if it is true but i read something the other day to slow these people down a little bit. the writer stated, to go onto their websites and request information to be sent to you, they will send you phamplets and a return envolpe postage paid by permit. this is the part i am not sure of, i know when you return the form they have to pay about 50cents for your envelope, but the writer stated to send them something heavy and they will have to pay more for the package. we already do this with junk mail. it costs the comany money to get nothing.
