Webpublishing files
« on: July 07, 2008, 05:10:50 PM »
I am having a little technical difficulty with posting the newsletter.

Its an MS Word doc...and if anyone can explain to me how to either link it or post it (without changing the format for images to appear)

I usually webpublish my doc files....but it is telling me that the site won't allow it.....a little help before I go insane....lol

Thanks
Shawn

Can you make it into a pdf and post it that way? We use primopdf converter, and you print to as a print driver and saves to new file.

Another option would be to copy the entire page and paste it into a picture program like Microsoft Paint.   Save it as a .jpg and use photobucket to post.   Works good with excel also.

Hey guys,

The reason it is giving you flack for trying to upload is you probably don't have the proper right to hit the FTP site.

You can send me the file and I can upload it as a Word doc or a PDF and have it on the website.

Once its on the website you can post links to it also on the message boards.

Also, I can post it on any of are other pages or make a whole new page for the newsletter.  Any verbiage you want to accompany the file I can do as well along with graphics, etc.

Just let me know and I'll do what I can!
