lastnite it was clear/cool and no wind.i had nuthin to do so around 8 i went to a spot about 3 miles from home where my cousin and i went last year foxin.i set up and called some distress for about 2 minutes and waited a while then i did it again.about 500 yards up on the hill i heard about 3 coyotes just start makeing a loud ruckus.it was cool.i just waited about 5 minutes and then i howled once.they opened again.i didnt call again for 20 minutes and they never came in.i figured they may have been younger ones who didnt want any parts of another coyote.i moved about 200 yards closer and about 1/2 hour went by i played some kitten distress for about a minute.i could hear the pack moving from about another 500 yards,howling yipeing and movin closer.i waited at least 15 minutes and then i just decided it wasnt gonna pan out.
i split but it is nice to have finally heard some.
