18650 3100mah Batteries

Not having any luck searching this topic. Looking for suggestions on batteries ?? I have a few sets of 18650 3100mah batteries.

A few Ultrafire that seem to only last a few minutes.  >:(

A few others from EWT that will go almost 2 hrs in my scanner. :)

Any manufactures/brands you're having good luck with ??
