I practiced calling again on a farm I can't hunt due to houses being all around.  I called in 2 reds within 15 minutes.  The one came within 15 yards.  This was around 8 pm.....

Now we move ahead to midnight......I called, and called, and called......NOTHING!   My first night out was a bust.  but we're going to give em heck again tonight!

To add insult to injury, when I was dropping Keith off around 6:00am.....there lay a fox hit by a car right in the middle of Harleysville.

Next time maybe we should call the Wawa parking lot.....LOL

Hunted until 4 am and only called in two coons, seen no fox but did hear some coyotes sounding off and heading in my direction but by this time I was already at the truck and looking forward to hitting more spots that I put off waiting for fox season to open.
