D5 Season Long Predator Hunt - (Oct 22,2011-Feb 18,2012)
District 5 Season Long Hunt Rules and Regulations
- *All animals must be taken in District 5.
- *Each participant must make their own topic in the “PPHA Events” forum to place his entries in.( contact the district 5 officer for help or other options).
- *If hunting in teams or groups, only the shooter collects the harvested animal's points.
- *All pictures must include the participant displaying their harvest and the official pose. The official pose will be announced October 21st before the contest begins on the forum board.
- *Predators taken in any other sanctioned PPHA hunt can also be submitted as long as they were taken in District 5.
- *All PGC and game laws must be obeyed and followed during the course of the hunt.
- *All participants must be a PPHA member in good standing and must remain a member through the course of the hunt.
- *No trapping or the use of dogs for this event.
Points are as follows:
Coyote, 10pts
Fox, 6pts
Coon, 3pts
Skunks and Grinners, 1pt
District 3 will be having a Late Season Hunt starting on Jan. 20, 2012 at 12:01 am and ending at midnight on Feb 18, 2012.
Check in will be on Sunday Feb.19, 2012 between 1pm and 1:30 pm at the Clearfield, PA fair grounds beside the Expo 2 building.
There will be two (2) ways to check in, 1. Internet check in or 2. Physical check in, you pick which is the better way for you to check in.
There will also be two (2) points systems for either way you check in.

- Coyote 15
- Fox 5
- Raccoon 3
Physical check in points
- Coyote 20
- Fox 8
- Raccoon 5
If using the internet each participant needs to make their own topic in the “PPHA Events District 3 Late Season Hunt forum to place his entries in.
All photo entries for each participant must stay in their topic for the duration of the contest. If you are using a picture hosting site for your pictures, be sure that the pictures remain there for the duration of the contest. If the picture gets removed prior to the end of the contest, it cannot be counted.
All posted predators must be harvested by the person in the topic only. For people hunting in teams, only the shooter may take credit for the predator.
Predators must be taken in district 3.
If posting on the internet all pictures must include the participant displaying their harvest and the official pose.
The official pose will be announced before the contest begins.

Physical check in will be held in Clearfield, PA at the Clearfield fair grounds beside the Expo 2 building look for the PPHA banner.
Physical check in time is from 1:00 pm till 1:30 pm on Feb. 18, 2012 and there will be a District 3 meeting after the check in, location to be announced after check in.
