First Bit of Trapping Equipment: How'd I Do?
« on: December 18, 2017, 09:58:37 PM »
I placed a few things for sale and a gentleman said that he had a bunch of traps and such to trade. I got 14 110's, a total of 20 coil springs (Bridger, Victor, New Herters, Duke), basket, 3 in 1 tool, fleshing knife, and conibear setters.

I traded a Partner single shot 410, Stevens single shot 20 gauge, a Remington Sportmaster 22, and a large hang on treestand.

All are rusted pretty good. Some to the point of not moving. Some need pans, chain, J hooks, and swivels.

I have some soaking in vinegar now.

I'm unable to upload a pic of the layout, it's too large and since the Bucket got greedy I don't have any other account.

That's a pretty good haul. 👍  I post pics by using the "attachments and other options" down there. 👇  I post from my phone and have a photo resizer app if I need to make the image smaller to be able to post.
