What post do you mean? You already signed up on the coyote hunt thread in the members only section under PPHA events. The kill block info post will be made just prior to the start of the hunt.

What is the rules to keep the coyotes cool in this 80 degree temperature

I don't know the RULES...BUT
  Ink'r, I hope you put your Coyotes in a walk in cooler or freezer until weigh-in. Phew... 

If you want the hide tanned, skun it right away. Then cool hide and keep it cool.
Just take hide and carcass to weigh-in.

If you don't keep Coyotes cool, Blow Flies & Larva may add an ounce to overall weight
But the heat and Sun with cause rapid dehydration/weight loss to a dead Coyote.
