Fox family last spring

A friend had a family of foxes in their field last year and one of the parents brought dead crows to the den, and it seemed to have killed the litter. Crow hunting has grown around here I wonder if these guys letting them lay with lead in is hurting our fox population also. Your thoughts.

Maybe if the fox were from California. But I don't think it would hurt PA fox   :)

Crows may have been killed with a poison (illegal), thrown on a dump heap, and the fox carried them back to the den...
