so another week goes by, fresh bait, fresh lure about every 4 days, and no coon. Startin to think there are one or two coons around and nothing takin interest in my traps...i really don't get it....up stream from me about 9 miles, there is a trapper with over 30 coon already, all out of the water, no land sets next to corn or berrys. I've got sets on the trails coming from the creek to the corn that is 10 yards away from the creek, nothing. I keep hearing about other guys doing well, but no one has traps set in my general area. Really frustrating, and i'm pulling tomorrow mornign before work so they're not sitting out while i'm hunting bear. I guess i'm going to go knock on some last minute doors to get some new places to set?
