I have a question,  I am filling out my application and want to get the family membership.   when filling it out do include my wife and son's names or just mine or do i fill out 3 seperate applications?

hey Scott,

you will not need to fill out 3 seperate applications. just include your name and any family members on the "name" line.

if you have any other questions just ask!
