Title: Raven spotted..
Post by: QUATTRO on March 08, 2015, 11:16:25 PM
Definitely not a crow.. it was much larger with a massive beak. Took this at a Mcdonalds outside of Hershey, PA ..never seen one before...I was under the understanding they are pretty scarce in the state..made a meager comeback from near extinction here..

They are also usually sensitive to human activity and are found in more remote areas. This one must be breaking the mold or just loves french fries.....thanks for posting...

I had one following me through the woods last week in Hickory Run State Park - along a small native brookie stream.

Got a few glimpses of it as it flew from tree to tree to reposition itself to watch me.

Definitely not a crow...
