Good job,are you noticing any less call-ins this year?

Shortmagger,Its been a strange season so far.Overall ,yes there are less call ins but It seems to be improving as the soybeans and ear corn is being finished up for the most part. Some areas that are usually good are dead,I suspect coyotes as that has been the case in the past.I think you will see a change in the very near future. But then there is deer season.

It has been a struggle for sure. They just will not commit for me.You can see them sitting at 300 yards looking at you but in one case it took 45 minutes of calling till he deciding to come closer and it happens frequently.

Same here.  I called in a pair of coyotes the other night.  First one came through and sat at 300 yards, got up and circled downwind to never be seen again.  Three minutes later here came the second one. did the exact same thing, sat down 300 yards out.  This one got up and ran back and forth to finally disapear back in the direction that it came from.  I only had the hornet and felt that was a low percentage shot for me so I didn't take it.  Fox have been hanging up also.  Sightings are way down for me this year so far.  Of course I do have a lot of pressure in my area.
