Title: Remote Decoy Control questions
Post by: ZMan079 on January 12, 2012, 10:31:01 PM
just picked up a turbo dogg and a wooly bully motion decoy.  I like the fact that you can adjust the height of the decoy, but unfortunately the decoy does not have a plug on it so it does not work with the call remote.

What would be the advantages/disadvantages of being able to turn the decoy on/off remotely?

Secondly, does it matter what the actual decoy critter looks like relative to the distress sounds you are making?
For example if you are using a rabbit distress should your decoy look like one, or doesn't matter? The reason I ask is that the rabbit decoy does work with the remote.

Does anyone use decoys at night?

Thanks,

I like the idea of being able to control the decoy from a distance, that way you can turn it off and on as you see fit. Just the way I look at it
