what do you think and would like your input

There are a number of options:

1. You could schedule a program at Cabelas or Bass Pro's for the lectures and then go to a local range. They may be able to get some of the manufactures involved.
2. You could have it at one of the local gun clubs in the area.
3. You could shedule it at one of the PGC shooting ranges and have it there. They can also provide speakers.

Of course we have our own speakers too.

I am shooting for a gun club. That way it will all happen in 1 place
