whats a good starting point for 22-250 ammo?? its a 22 inch barrel with 1 in 14 twist rate, not sure what grain bullet should work best , ill be useing factory loads since i dont reload yet thanks

I like 55 grainers when I use my 22250...I do have some good reloads too if you reload.. I Like the IMR 4320 powder for Hornady 55 grainers...
The Silver Tip Ballistic tips on chucks... Don't blow up the chuck at close range but after 100 yards they start to open the chucks up..
Factory...Try the Winchester 50 grain and the 55 grain Ballistic Silvertips.. Also the NoslerPartion 60 grainers (deer) shot excellent with the IMR 4350 powder when using the 22250..

Greetings,
With 1:14 twist you may have problems with the heavier bullets (60gr). I would advise you start with no heavier then 55gr to see if you weapon will shoot well at that weight. good luck
cheers
