I smell a district 6 crow hunt!  Anyone interested?  Maybe 2 weeks after the Superbowl?

I'll try it. Don't know how good I'll do but it beats sitting at home not hunting anything but whats in the refrigerator.

Ballbuster, Dale has some excellent crow recipes I'm sure he'll share.  Once you've eaten crow, ....nevermind, I don't want to come off as an expert.

Hey Bill, it wouldn't be the first time and it probably won't be the last.

You crack me up.
Lord knows I try.  Looks like it's just you and me on the crow hunt.  Since you're new to this, you may keep all my crows. ::)

After looking at the Crowbuster site, they're smarter than I gave them credit for. Does your caller have some crow calls in it?
Besides using my voice.  I also have a number of crow calls that I've bought over the years.

Hey Swarter2, thanks for all your help. I'll try it a little different next time. I'll figure it out, I'm not going to let a bunch of birds beat me.

I might like to try this AGAIN. Only been to one and learned some things about this endevor. And trim'n trees was one of them.(toms got the pics) Bring'n a backpack full of ammo is another lesson learned. Still got to get that "pizza" hat though. ;D

We're up to 5.  Here's what I'm thinking, let's hear you guys thoughts.  This would be a D6 event open to members of all districts, but the terms and rules, IMO, should be decided by D6.

2 weeks after the STEELERS snuff out the Cardinals, Sat morning nice and early like 5AMish, we meet for some grub and coffee at the truckstop at the Mt. Morris exit off 79.  Everyone antes $10 into a kitty.  We make up 2 man teams, make plans to meet again later at a different eatery further north for lunch(Large hotel?).  At the 2nd location, we photograph all the ugly men with their ugly birds.  Every crow shot results in a $2 refund.  The balance of the kitty, is used to dent the lunch bill equally per person, OR, given to Crow Assasin Wizard(CAW) as a prize.  The 2 locations spread any driving reasonably and fairly to all participants in the district.
