Brown 2 lbs of bulk sweet sausage with an onion and a half

After it cools a little add 2 packs of cream cheese
(http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y189/Leglifter/HPIM0664.jpg)
Get it all mixed up and throw it in a freezer bag

Cut the corner off the bag so you can pipe the filling into the peppers, that were already cleaned and blanched

Mix up your beer batter: 2 eggs a bottle of beer and flour, add another half a beer and flour to get the batter wet enough to thinly coat
(http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y189/Leglifter/HPIM0669.jpg)
Dip the peppers in the batter and throw them in the fryer

Those look absolutely delicious. I know I made em with sausage and a bunch of cheese but i used a little spoon and filled em from the top. Splitting them looks a lot easier and they stay together so the long handled spoon is in the trash. Thanks for the recipe

Wow, them things look banging LL. Gonna have to try them sometime. Love peppers.
Them things could change the air quality at hunting camp with the wrong person eating them though. ;D
