HB 881

(1/2) > >>

Buckwheat:

Buckwheat:
This HB881 is posted here for the people that have had trouble finding it on the net.

This is also the same law as HB760 that was out a year or so ago, but HB760 died in the house, but this second run on this law change now called HB881 seams to have some one pushing to see this fight be a hard one to change or stop.

PA-Joe:
I guess this rules out hunting Coys at night with a light since it only covers fox etc. It also rules out lights on stands or poles that are not on the head or held in the hand!

220_Woody:
this HB includes all furbearers, coyotes included.
the use of a light on a stand or pole will still be legal.

Buckwheat:
Woody, the bill tells you what is legal, if it is not stated in the law everything else could be looked at as illegal.
This is a big law change to predator hunters. Everybody better start writing and calling there representatives.
