Smoked a rack of Baby Backs today...
Dry rub. Smoked for 3-4 hours.
Wrap in double foil with Butter & Brown Sugar, leave heat at 225-250 degrees, cook for one hour.
After an hour, remove from foil, brush on butter and BBQ sauce, place on same heat for 30 minutes. Bush on more BBQ sauce every 10 minutes.
Let rest for 20-30 minutes...
Fall off the bone good.
