Im wondering ahead of time how folks made out.  For some reason the rabbits were all over today and I saw some tonight along the road.  Im predicting a good night for those of you going out.

Went out last night and agree they were running really early. Partner missed a grey first stand
after that saw a few but unable to get any shots. Was out 2000-0300hrs. I think
the fox are starting to pair up cause most of what came in were doubles. Maybe
get out for a quick set tomorrow or Sat early. As usual work gets in the way of
my hunting time.

Went out last night and critters were moving before this front.
The snow has been real noisy and crunchy under foot.
Now (1-10-14) we have at least 2" of fresh snow in the driveway. Gone'a try this morning before work.

How did you make out this morning Hern?

I woke up to the fresh snow and noticed tracks near my old shed so I investigated and found a pair of fox tracks.  I'm hoping that the reds that denned on the ridge last year are moving back in.  Maybe this year I'll get them before they finish off my last 10 chickens.

Went out after work on the 1/8 from 5 till about 8. Did a couple sets with no luck, had a bit of walking to do to get to each set and back to truck. I wish conditions were like they were that night all of the time. I was able to sneak from spot to spot pretty easily without making hardly any disturbance.

I should have went out last night (1/() too, conditions weren't to bad all around..... :(
