We gave our daughter a jar of dried Morels for Mother's Day.
She was very happy with that.

The pic u see is when I got done rinsed them off. There in the freezer right now. How do u guys like to prepare them and eat them. I had them one time and had them rolled in flower and threw it in a skillet with butter.

 :) Brushwolf I'd go with the biscuits  ;D I have no experience with Crab and Lobster and stuff like that  :-[ :-[ to expensive for this old coot  :-[ and the stamps won't pay for it  :'( :'(.......  :P but I do get a biscuit from time to time  ;) and there good... ;D ;D ;D....................... 8)

I like any mushroom fried in butter. That's a good way for Morels.
Wife uses Morels in many dishes, like any other mushroom.

Works best if you just cut them in half lengthwise.
