PGC keeping gates open on PGL until after furbearing season

The PGC allows hunters to drive into some of the PGL until after the Flintlock season.  There is some outstanding hunting to be had for predator callers if they were allowed to drive into the same game lands until after the fur season is over in February.  How does one go about asking the PGC to allow that the PGL roads be left open until after fox season?

Not too sure why you want to open the gates???   I hate to see the gates open any time of year.  The majority of things that happen when these gates get open are bad things --> litter and more litter....road hunters and I call them poachers....   Are you not willing to walk to these areas to hunt them?  I am all about privacy when calling and I am willing to work for it...if you are not....stay by the road and hunt with the others....

BW... I know the north central part of the state well  and it is quite for now and I would like to keep it that way....  The less these roads are traveled the better  off the calling is....  U know it and I know it...   One day or so difference?  please explain....    Do you get back in the woods BW or do you hunt by the road??

Your funny ernie as in HA HA...  3 weeks makes a big difference... at least to me it does....  Ya sleds are a pain...but what do ya do...If the snows deep I like to hunt their trails.... Take what your given...at least thats the way I approach it...  If the gates are closed I walk... I dont whine... + It's good 4 ya !

I'm on the fence about gates being open.
Pro's:
I like when they are opened for deer season because it makes scouting much faster and easier. Even more so since I don't scout/hunt like I used too.

Con's:
It allows the lazy run & gun/road "hunters" to drive into areas they normally wouldn't go due to the fact they would have to get out of the truck, or walk more than 20 feet from it.

Around home here human activity does not make too much of a difference. Up in the "big woods" where there is much less human activity it does make a difference. Anyone who has ever called in and shot a coyote could attest to this.

If I had to say yes or no, I guess I'd say close them and weld'em shut.
