My buddy bought one right when Mike did. While they are not legal for hunting use in Pa
they can be used to hunt rats and such in the barn and silo.....quiet and deadly on my
Mrod lol...

Just got off the phone (5/22/14 @1505hrs) with the S.E. office of the PGC and you CAN use NVG as long as it does not project a visible beam i.e laser , IR illuminators are legal since humans can't see in that band of electrical energy. ;D

Again, NVG are illegal.
I will be contacting the SERO tomorrow to find out who told you that night vision is legal to hunt with
