DNA is not the end all be all for tests. PSU has a database as to our coyote pool here and other regions. Also they cqn take soil samples from th dirt on their feet...
That's crazy. How many times a hunt do they DNA or check soiled feet? Has it been done in the past?
How many times do they use a Polygraph?
For heaven sakes, to get soil samples from each township in Pennsylvania, that cost alone would be mind boggling for a hunting club. Wow. Plus DNA from each county and keep up on that data as new blood moves in and out of the state. Wow.
Would be interesting reading DNA data on our Pa. Coyote. Anyone know where I could fine this data?
Is this just hearsay or does MC really do that? (not trying to tick anyone off, just seems like a lot of money spend by a small club for safeguards)
