Ordered some restraints from the Snare Shop and got taken for $7.00.

They sent non-compliant snares and made me pay for the return postage! What a great deal!

That doesnt sound like Neil and Rhonda. Did you let them know the regualtions when ordering? They are usually very responsible with their orders and I use them for my site when people order snares from me. Hope it works out.

I ordered on-line and picked a snare that was listed as PA compliant. I also wote a note in the order indicating that the snares had to be PA compliant. They were not. I had to sent them back at my cost of 7.00. They did not have the 1 1/4" washer, 38" stop or the breakaway.
