To "throw down the gauntlet" is to issue a challenge. A gauntlet-wearing knight would challenge a fellow knight or enemy to a duel by throwing one of his gauntlets on the ground. The opponent would pick up the gauntlet to accept the challenge.

Sorry but to thrown down your to to as a challenge does not count as a challenge. It will just get you sent to your room.

No wonder he can not catch a fisher. He only wants to challenge the three stooges. He should learn to set his own trap line goals. Moe could you just slap him? Good then.  I have at least one Stooge who isn't afraid of a little challenge.  The real question is, who's truck is he gonna borrow?

As far as my work habits.  Don't believe everything you read.  Those pictures were taken in July during the season.  I just got around to posting them.

What do you say old "downfeathers"?  Are you allowed to play or do you have to keep the bird bath water from freezing in December?

I know old "wheatflower" is too chicken pooped.  He will probably be hosting a tea social at the Safe Harbor Quaker house that week.
