Still waiting for my 17 WIN SMRF to arrive and my  17 Hornet barrel. Odds are I will have to use the  22 WMR and the  17 Fireball when the season first starts but that OK too...normally with all the corn up and cover I do more shotgunning then rifle shooting in the early part of the season..

Been out a few nights just to see if Im getting any eyes........nothing.

Its got me a little worried.

Update - turns out a neighbor trapped out 13 reds last year.......that would explain the lack-of-fox out back. At least I found out now and not a month from now.  :(

Been shooting the rifles all summer...scout a few areas seen some nice fur out bowhunting...so I'm getting fired up to shoot my first fox this year....
