DJ paper. Just add to front of lenses. Better than a kill light with a red LED. Lets more light through but stays red. Can id animal better. This paper is designed for heat.

That may be a great light for Texas high rack hunting also. Let me know how it works out. Did you find a bracket for gun mounts. The front hood seams to big for the regular scope and barrel mounts.
For a brief moment I could hear nature through all the noise.

I am willing to bet that sucker gets extremely hot after a few minutes of use.  along with the fact that most of these lights have over exaggerated their lumen outputs.

I wonder FP51  do you have any of these lights to make an educated comment on them?

Ben this paper is designed to handle heat. Its the same material Dj's use on there white lights with huge bulbs. Yes, I just ordered the lights. I ordered the UF900 and the UF1250. I will do a test when i get them. Stay tuned. If the UF1250 works like i think it will its a good gun light to id animals better without a huge battery pack and wires.. I will still use the UF900 to scan. Mutbuster and i were hunting the other night and i picked up coyote eyes at about 150 yards but could not see the body with the UF900. MUTT killed the coyote with a lightforce light. He said he could see the body. I am hopeing the UF1250 will replace the lightforce.

I am not worried about the paper.  I know it is rated to handle the heat.  I was more worried about being able to handle the light itself without burning yourself.  let alone will the light hold up with a lot of heat on extended runs.

I believe it has the possibility to be as powerful as my light force. But I will just have to weight and see for a side by side test.

Could you let me know if the bell is the same size as the bell on the Kill light?

It says the bell end is 55.73 mm, that would be the same as 2.19 inches across. The kill light is 1.89 inches across.
That would make it just about 3/8 inch larger over all. The light is 23 cm long from the picture, that light is around 9 inches long. The kill light is around 7 inches long but has only one battery.

That's good. A littler bigger bell but not to big. Should mount on a scope real easy.

Someone on Predator Masters found the same exact light as the Kill Light for 30 bucks.  Saw the posts about a week ago.  The Kill Lights are going to need to come down in price if they are going to compete in the light market.  Capitalism at work I guess.
