Actually there was one more fox harvested...  I wish I could have been at the check in but I had to get home to watch the kids while mother had here time out.

Sat. nite I took this female gray fox.... and get this on my Berkley digital fish scale it weighed 13 lbs. 3 oz.  :o  It literally looked like a coon when skinnin.  There was so much fat I couldn't believe it.  Usually the fox that I skin are hide/meat... not really much fat at all.

Anyhow here's the old gal.. doesn't really look that big without another fox for comparison.

Thanks to every body for a good time and the extra Kill light!!
O-yea the kill light worked great and I used my calls hand made calls on all but one stand, I did used the Foxpro on one stand and kill a fox, baby rabbit :-) That sound would have worked on every stand but! It is hard not to use hand calls.
  Thanks
Jeff and Bob for all the work you guys did.
You know it would not happen with out volunteers.

I want to thank jeff for continuing the northcentral hunt.  I am glad to see that it still happens.  hopefully next year I will be able to participate and stay at the hotel.  the luncheon was great and it was great to meet the guys again.  it seems weird not talking to them daily like it was a few months ago.

Congrats Ernie, heck of a job. Sounds like everyone had a great time. Thanks to all the volunteers for organizing this great hunt. I really wish I could have been there. Maybe next year. The memories made will last a lifetime.
