Hat, coat, glove, maker?

Awhile back i read something online where you can send some of your furs to a woman and she would make a hat or gloves and charge you a price she would also tell you what you need to send her fur wise.  i looked for 2 days and can't find it anywhere.  can anybody help me out or point me in the right direction. 

sorry to be so vague.

Scott the magazine:  The Trapper & Predator Caller has reference to vendors in that will make clothing for you out of your  fur...

they may have a list of their vendors on the web that provide this service..
