my thoughts on that matter are if you want to participate take a little responsibility and check the website or check with the person with that organization {district coordinator, Woody} who's responsible for knowing what's going on...

yeah cuz he is such a nice fella. 

got yer call last night woody.  yeah I knew about the lbl gettin shut down.  kinda sucks for them.  maybe we can see into the future?
