Awesome, congrats ..! I see you gave your .204 a rest ....looks like that 17 wsm did the trick..I only personally know two other people who own/owned one..one guy took two yotees with it back in June, both head shots and the other guy sent his back to Savage twice...second time he told them to keep it.. What was the range/shot placement?

Thanks guys!  He come in at about the 2 minute mark. Shot him at 2:18 pm.  Never figured I'd be hunting coyotes in the afternoon heat but after listening to the land owner seeing him mid day the last 3 weeks and afternoon trail cam pictures of him I had to try it. Patience paid off waiting for the right wind direction to hunt him since I had a good idea where he was.

Quattro, 60 yd shot little high in the boiler room.    He only went 20 yds spinning in circles and buckled over.  As for that gun...I liked it cause of the accu trigger and it's a rimfire, and I can use it in Allegheny county " special reg county". I had terrible accuracy issues with it at 100 and 200 yards.  First few shots were bullseye and the next shot was nowhere in the ballpark.  I ended up putting a boyds stock on it and it's shooting great now.  Savage should of never put a gun out on the market with that type of stock.
