Coop, you'd be amazed at Jeremy's metabolism, he eats cakes and bacon all day and is built like a marathon runner

I can understand cutting out the processsed food.  I believe more in my "in season" diet.  Meat and potatos in the winter, vegies and meat in the spring, and fruit in the summer.  The most important thing is people need to get off their asses and do somthing.

Paleo is an "in season" diet... its literally eating like a caveman...whats in season and what u could harvest urself if you were living in the "wild"

and yessir.. getting off ur ass will def help lol

thats how i used to be...just eat anyything..now im starting to see wieght being put on (fat) along with muscle so i changed my diet up...

the biggest reason for changing my way of eating is because i belong to a gym called crossfit ( www.crossfit717.com ) and they push paleo and zone diets...crossfit is amazingly fun and you guys could check the website out and see what my #1 priority hobby is lol
