Gigging carp

Decided to team up with a buddy of mine and go get some carp last night. Wow! What a blast cruising up the river and shining for the big beast. We got 12 carp and decided to call it quits at about 10:00. I have lots of good fertilizer now for my garden. Anybody have good carp recipes? How about eating the eggs? Are they any good? I have heard that smoked carp is delicious...might have to get creative and try a knew delicacy. Who wants to come for a fish fry?

Get a pine board and nail the fish to the board (non gutted)
Bake 12 hours low heat
Allow to rest 20 minutes, remove the fish from the board, throw the fish away, serve the board.
