 ;D I picked up my Springfield Arms XD 40 I had ordered...sweet fit to my hands, now it's time for the range..a nice little black gun ;D

These two guns sound like good protection while shrooming just off that Appalachian Trail for Chanterelle mushrooms.  

I was thinking that maybe I should get me one of those Tarus Judges that shoot 410 fine shot, slugs, 410 buckshot or 45 pistol bullets.  Something to shoot the slugs and the bugs along the Appalachian Trail to get on the gills of my mushrooms...Ya Gotsta Protect Your Shrooms From All Kinds Of Critters!

Congratulations on the new gun. Looking at the 1911 Kimber. Shot one today, a very nice piece.
