grey fox
« on: February 04, 2012, 10:12:20 AM »
Today was my first morning with my foxpro an it was a good one. I was sitting in my treestand for about 15mins an i looked up the mountain an seen a grey fox hauling down the rocks. I pulled up an squeezed the trigger missed. The fox ached its back an  took off i shoot again an dropped the fox. When i got up on the fox i found that hit it with both shoots. I clipped it with the first shoot. Thank you bigben for teaching me an giving me the bug

Great job!! Was it in the daylight or at night? I've never shot one in the daytime. Congrats again and welcome to the addiction.

Good job

Congrats Bulldog!Whats sounds was working for you? IMO the grey fox is the most aggressive predator in Pa. They are something else watching them come to the call. What foxpro did you purchase?

Congrats Killer!!
"Predators are either active & feeding, semi-active & callable, or utterly inactive & then practically speaking, no call is needed; we're just taking our guns for a walk. We can & should get used to it, & follow their leed cuz they just ain't eager nor apt to follow our’s any time soon!
